Industrial Tooling
Large-format molds, form blocks and production tooling.
For industrial manufacturers, we produce large-format tooling — layup tools, thermoforming molds, concrete formwork, foundry patterns and production jigs — in weeks rather than the months a traditional pattern shop requires. Material and surface strategy is developed against the tool's cycle life and process temperature.

Applications
- Composite layup tools and form blocks
- Thermoforming and vacuum-forming molds
- Concrete and GFRC formwork
- Foundry patterns and production jigs
How We Engage
- Cycle life and process temperature matched to material family
- Release strategy and surface finish specified before production
- Tolerance verified with scan / probe on the finished tool
Outcomes
- Compressed lead times vs. the traditional pattern-shop route
- Complex tool geometry the machine shop cannot economically produce
- A predictable specialty vendor for one-off and short-run tooling
Common questions
What we're asked.
- How many cycles will the tool hold?
- Cycle life depends on process, temperature and material; we quote against a target cycle count agreed at brief.
- Can you replicate an existing tool?
- Yes — we accept CAD, scan data or a physical master to rebuild an existing tool to the same or improved finish.
- What sizes can you print?
- Envelopes scale from bench-top jigs up to full-scale layup tools measured in metres.
