LoopForm
Robotic arm printing a flowing architectural form

Large-format robotic 3D printing in Houston

Large-Scale 3D Printing for Architecture, Hospitality & Brand Experiences.

We design and manufacture full-scale architectural elements, custom furniture, retail displays, molds, sculptures and branded environments using one of the largest robotic 3D printing systems in the United States.

Infinite Possibilities. One Form.

LoopForm transforms ambitious ideas into extraordinary physical environments through advanced architectural manufacturing. From retail flagships and hospitality spaces to public art and experiential activations, we bring visionary concepts to life at architectural scale.

Houston, TX

Built in Houston.
Made for the Gulf Coast.

LoopForm brings industrial-scale robotic additive manufacturing to Houston — an on-shore capability for work that has historically been sourced from Europe or the West Coast.

Founded by Valentin & Bianca Huma, the studio is an evolution of Pop Sign Design — a Houston fabrication house with a long track record producing retail environments, brand activations and architectural signage for national clients.

Built on years of architectural fabrication, experiential production and advanced manufacturing expertise — now printing at architectural scale, on-shore, from a single Houston studio.

Houston Manufacturing Studio

Under one
roof.

Every discipline required to move a project from sketch to installed form — computation, robotics, finishing and site installation — sits in the same building.

  1. 01

    Architectural-scale robotic additive manufacturing

Continuous large-format printing of walls, façades and monolithic architectural elements.

  2. 02

    Custom geometry & parametric design

Computational form-finding calibrated to material, structure and site — no repeating catalogue parts.

  3. 03

    Modular fabrication & assembly

Sectioned, tolerance-controlled builds engineered for shipping, staging and on-site assembly.

  4. 04

    Material & finish development

In-studio material trials, surface treatments and finishes tuned to the project's context.

  5. 05

    Delivery & installation

Coordinated logistics and site installation by the same team that produced the piece.

About — 01

Design meets
manufacturing.

LoopForm is redefining how architecture and immersive environments are built.

We combine computational design, advanced robotic manufacturing, and architectural expertise to create projects that were once impossible to fabricate.

Every project is engineered for beauty, precision, and performance.

Process — 04

From vision
to installed
form.

A single continuous process. No hand-offs. Every stage informs the next.

  1. 01

    Vision

We begin with intent — the ambition, the site, the audience.

  2. 02

    Computational Design

Form is generated through parametric systems calibrated to material and gesture.

  3. 03

    Engineering

Every geometry is engineered for structure, tolerance and installation.

  4. 04

    Robotic Manufacturing

Continuous printing at architectural scale, layer by layer, in warm neutral matter.

  5. 05

    Assembly

Modules are assembled and finished in our Houston studio.

  6. 06

    Installation

We deliver and install on site — one form, precisely placed.
