The Site vs. our services

The Site provides general information about LOOPFORM's studio, capabilities, and projects. Any actual design, fabrication, or manufacturing engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding proposal, quote, or contract for services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content for commercial use without our written consent.
• Submit false or misleading information through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited advertising.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any code that could interfere with the Site's operation.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, renderings, illustrations, logos, and the LOOPFORM name and marks — is owned by PopSignDesign LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Submissions

If you send us project information, sketches, drawings, briefs, or other materials through the contact form or by email, you represent that you have the right to do so. We will handle those materials with reasonable care and use them only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send confidential material without first arranging an NDA with us.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOOPFORM and its affiliates, members, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
