LOOPFORM

Materials Library

Matter,
by intent.

A working library of materials used in LOOPFORM projects. Availability and suitability are engineered per project — final selection depends on application, site, loading, code and supplier documentation.

Recycled polymer composites

MW · 100

Samples Available by Request

Recycled polymer composites

Recycled thermoplastic feedstocks blended for extrusion stability and surface quality. Well suited to interior features, retail environments and short-lifecycle installations where recyclability matters.

  • Interior use
  • Colour development in the mass
  • Closed-loop recyclable
  • Suitability confirmed per project
Fiber-reinforced thermoplastics

MW · 200

Under Evaluation

Fiber-reinforced thermoplastics

Continuous-fibre reinforced polymer systems developed for structural intent and dimensional stability at scale. Applied where mass, span or loading require it, and always subject to engineering review.

  • Higher stiffness / strength
  • Structural intent — engineer of record required
  • Interior and semi-exterior applications
  • Fibre choice project-specific
Translucent & specialty formulations

MW · 300

Project-Specific

Translucent & specialty formulations

Optically transmissive and specialty formulations developed for feature walls, luminous elements and pieces where light behaviour is part of the brief. Developed and validated per project.

  • Light transmission tuned to brief
  • Interior focus
  • Colour and diffusion custom
  • Sample required before commitment
Finish & coating systems

MW · 400

Project-Specific

Finish & coating systems

As-printed textures, honed and sanded finishes, mass-pigmented colour, and architectural coating schedules. Finish is developed on physical mock-ups before production.

  • As-printed / honed / sanded / coated
  • Matte, satin, gloss options
  • Colour development on physical mock-up
  • Interior / exterior confirmed with coating supplier

Selection Notes

How we specify.

Surface character
Layer expression is intentional — retained, softened, or removed depending on the design language.
Finishing options
As-printed, honed, sanded, coated, or mass-pigmented. Combinations are common on a single piece.
Colour development
Colour is developed against physical samples in-studio, then confirmed under project lighting before production.
Interior vs. exterior
Exterior suitability depends on material family, coating strategy, exposure and site conditions — evaluated per project.
Testing & documentation
Fire, structural and environmental documentation is coordinated with the material supplier and engineer of record for the project.
Sample requests
Physical samples are available on request for qualified architectural, developer and brand teams.
