Aerospace
Tooling, mock-ups and interior-adjacent components for aerospace programs.
For aerospace programs, we produce large-format tooling, form blocks, cabin mock-ups and non-flight interior components — where geometry, tolerance and lead time matter more than sourcing from a traditional pattern shop. Flight-critical parts are not in our scope; supporting geometry and non-flight architecture is.

Applications
- Layup tooling and form blocks
- Full-scale cabin and interior mock-ups
- Ground support and training props
- Non-flight interior architectural elements
How We Engage
- Material selection matched to layup temperature and release requirements
- Tolerance verified via scan and probe against the CAD master
- Non-flight scope only — flight-critical parts are outside our program
Outcomes
- Tooling and mock-ups delivered in weeks, not months
- Geometry the pattern shop would price out of reach
- A predictable specialty vendor for supporting geometry across programs
Common questions
What we're asked.
- Do you produce flight-certified parts?
- No — our scope is tooling, mock-ups and non-flight interior architecture. Flight-certified parts require a certified supply chain we do not operate in.
- What tolerances do you hold?
- Tolerance depends on the material family and part size; typical structural tooling holds sub-millimetre against the CAD master after finishing.
- Are you ITAR-registered?
- Program-specific compliance is discussed per engagement before any technical data is exchanged.
