Our large-format cells print elements up to 40 meters in a single, continuous run. That means fewer joints, no fasteners and geometry that traditional fabrication cannot produce economically.

Step 01
Cell allocation
The element is planned across one or several print cells running in sequence with live handoff.
Step 02
Continuous run
Multi-day prints run under thermal and geometric telemetry — no operator judgement in the loop.
Step 03
Rigging & ship
Each element is rigged for its exact centre of mass and shipped on a bespoke cradle.

- Each print is monitored layer-by-layer with vision systems that flag deviations in real time.
- Can prints be joined on site?
- Yes — we design invisible or expressive joints depending on the aesthetic intent.
- How do you ship 40-metre elements?
- By modal freight with police escort where required; we manage the transport plan end-to-end.
- Is there a minimum project size?
- Below 4 m² per element, we typically point clients toward our furniture or retail programs instead.
