Material families
- Recycled polymer composites
- Recycled thermoplastic feedstocks for interior features and short-lifecycle installations. Colourable in the mass. Closed-loop recyclable.
- Fiber-reinforced thermoplastics
- Higher-stiffness formulations for pieces where mass, span or loading require it. Structural role confirmed with engineer of record.
- Translucent & specialty formulations
- Light-transmissive and specialty polymer blends for feature and luminous elements. Project-specific.
- Elastomers & tactile finishes
- Soft-touch surfaces for seating, tactile objects and specific interior applications.

Print envelope & scale
- Element scale
- Large-format continuous printing at architectural scale. Maximum envelope for a specific project is confirmed at feasibility, based on geometry, material and site access.
- Modular assemblies
- Larger works are sectioned into engineered modules for shipping and site assembly.
- Minimum viable
- Sub-metre object work is directed to our furniture and object program.
- Layer resolution
- Tuned per material and finish target. Available upon request.

Finishes
- As-printed
- Expressed layering, honest to the process.
- Sanded / honed
- Layer ribs softened or removed for a matte or satin architectural finish.
- Pigmented in the mass
- Colour developed through the section — no chip-through risk.
- Coated
- Standard architectural coating schedules: matte, satin, gloss and metallic. Finish confirmed on physical mock-up.

Indoor / outdoor use
- Interior
- Supported across our material families.
- Exterior
- Exterior suitability depends on material family, coating strategy, exposure and site conditions — evaluated and documented per project with the material supplier and engineer of record.
- Temporary / touring
- Polymer families with appropriate topcoats can be scoped for touring installs and activations.

Fire rating & code
- Approach
- Fire performance is developed on a project basis with supplier documentation and, where required, coordinated with the code consultant and Authority Having Jurisdiction.
- Documentation
- Material data, test reports and coating specifications are compiled for AHJ review. Available upon request.

Structural coordination
- Design coordination
- LOOPFORM coordinates directly with the project architect and engineer of record on geometry, connections and loading.
- Analysis
- In-studio geometry and DfM analysis on every architectural element; structural stamping is provided by the project engineer of record.
- Loads
- Wind, seismic, live and impact loads engineered per project location and application.

- Retail rollouts ship with visual playbooks for local install teams.

- We coordinate with GC, MEP and lighting trades from shop drawing through hand-off.
