The three retail programs
Flagship architecture is the signature build — the hero wall, the sculpted archway, the branded envelope that defines the store. One-off, photographed, and often the reason journalists cover the opening.
Vitrines and plinths are the merchandising layer — the objects that hold product on the sales floor. Printed as unified sculptural forms rather than assembled cases, they turn product into architecture.
Rollout fixture programs are the multi-door layer — the fixture kit that carries the brand across every store in a region. Prototyped at one flagship, then rolled out to a per-door count on the same finish protocol.
Finish quality that photographs
Retail finish is a different standard from architectural finish. Every surface will be photographed, and every photograph will be seen next to the brand's editorial imagery. Printed fixtures are finished — sanded, primed, sprayed to a brand-matched paint or coating — before they leave the studio.
Colour is developed on physical samples in the fabrication studio, reviewed under project lighting, and only committed once the client approves the physical sample. There is no colour development on screen.
Modularity for campaign rotation
Fixture programs are designed so the shell stays and the story rotates. A vitrine might be a printed monolithic form with interchangeable graphic panels, printed inserts and adjustable lighting — same architecture, different campaign every eight weeks.
That modularity is the operational advantage. The store team changes graphics and inserts; the shell doesn't move.
Rollout across doors
A rollout runs from a signed-off prototype: one hero piece is printed, lit, photographed and approved as the reference. Production then spins up to the per-door count, either from a single studio or distributed to regional print partners under the same finish protocol.
Install kits ship with visual playbooks the store team can execute; regional install leads are sent for complex builds.
Common questions
- Can printed fixtures match our brand paint colour?
- Yes — colour is developed on physical samples, reviewed under project lighting, and committed only after the client approves the physical.
- How do fixtures update between campaigns?
- The printed shell stays. Interchangeable inserts, graphic panels and adjustable lighting rotate per campaign — a store team can execute the swap.
- Do you handle install across stores?
- Install kits ship with visual playbooks the store team can follow; for complex builds we send a regional install lead.
